Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company within 3 business days (Monday-Saturday) after the bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to the cargo company, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.

Delivery times for special production products vary depending on the manufacturing time. Delivery information and times for such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of any problems caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No deliveries are made on holidays and public holidays.

All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with a cargo guarantee.
